SHELLEY SHANAHAN Controller

Ms. Shanahan has been with Deluge, Inc. since 1998 where she has served as Manager of the Office of the Controller and Office Manager with responsibilities including all facets of accounting, office administration and investor relations. A talented and dedicated member of the Deluge team, Shelley has been instrumental in the production of complex cash flow and expense projections for Deluge, Inc. and is in charge of patent licensing and legal and corporate reporting. Her expertise is an invaluable asset to the Deluge organization.
Ms. Shanahan has experience in a variety of industries that include research and development, insurance, publishing, importing and shipping. She served as Controller for two separate general agencies of National Life of Vermont, for a combined total of 11 years, where she was responsible for accounting, financial management, budgeting, office systems and facilities.
