RICHARD BRILL IS/IT/Quality Control Director

Mr. Brill employs over 25 years of international business consulting and IT experience working with private sector companies, both civilian and military government agencies, and industry leaders across the globe. His career represents over two decades as a proven manager replete with the managerial, networking, and presentation skills critical to Deluge's quality control and IS/IT functions.
Richard held the role of Project Leader for Wang Laboratories European MIS in London, England, where he consolidated the European Financial System within two months of his appointment. He also worked for San Diego based Cubic Corp. as Project Manager of their Southern California Wang Value Added Resale (VAR) division, where he instituted quality control procedures for technical support functions, and played a prominent role in helping the company to quickly become the 6th largest VAR in the world. As Project Manager and Consultant for Los Angeles Mayors Bradley and Riordan, Mr. Brill ensured that all IS/IT projects complied with the city's extensive regulations and policies. Richard's forte lies in his ability to couple his experience in market leading industries and next generation technology with the sophisticated networking of governmental agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
In addition to the above key members of the management team, the Company employs a very small number administrative staff. This number is expected to increase as the volume of business increases, but such increases will be a constant concern of management so as to avoid creating a cost structure that is relatively fixed in the short term.
